Amsterdam has a lot of parking places outside the city. Inside the center of Amsterdam parking is possible, but expensive. Parking just ouside the center is also an option. Follow the signs with P+R at the A10.
Be also warned for the damn yellow wheel clamp (yes they dó exist in Amsterdam).
